can anyone tell me how to get en menus but keep Jp input 860

Im having trouble what rom to use and what would be the best way to upgrade my c860. I was recently looking at the sukoshi kernal but i have no idea how to install a new kernal and other than that i was hopping you guys might have some suggestions. I want to have english menus and interface but still be able to input japanese in the e-mail program and the translator without getting little squares.

Maybe the lack of response is because nobody has either tried or has a need to do this.

Most people either seem happy to leave it japanese or convert it to full english.

Maybe you would have more luck asking this on the japanese site.
