Stubear

I just wanted to know if the file from your link is the right one? The SL-C860 one says .rar on the end. Is there any other one I should pick?

You will have to extract the DBK file from the RAR with Winzip or Winrar then rename the file (if it\'s not already) to SYSTC860.DBK and follow the instructions very carefully that are on the link that offroadgeek posted in this thread. I will put that link here for you:

Good luck

You have 2 options,

1) click the cancel button to go to back to the menu, go to the extra menu and select restart, the screen will flash white then go black, turn your Z on with the power button (not the keypad one)

2) pull the battery out and hard reset
