Can't install TimeSleuth

I was trying to install TimeSleuth 1.04 on my SL-5500 with 3.10 ROM.  The package never shows up in the installer.  I can tap on the package and it will open the Package Installer application, but TimeSleuth is never listed.  Is there any way for me to get this to work?

Oh, forget it.  My Mac was somehow trying to decompress the file after it downloaded it, and was messing it up.
