I have been attempting to establish a serial connection between my sl-5500 and an XP desktop without much luck. The connection is setup on the XP box as detailed at docs.zaurus.com, but I do not believe OZ 3.3.5 is waiting for a connection. I was expecting to see pppd running as in previous roms, but it is not. Am I on the right path trying to get pppd listening for a connection and if so, how do you initiate this? I attempted to use the Network application but it keeps asking for a phone number. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks.
