You can get into the service menu by holding down the OK button and then pushing and releasing the back power button, then release the OK button and you will be in the service menu. However, you must remove the battery for 5 sec or so, then replace it before trying this. Also, you can't be hooked up to AC power when you do it (you can plug into AC power after you enter the menu). Good luck fixing your Z...

To Enter the Service Menu:

Make sure the Zaurus isn't plugged into AC power.
Remove battery for at least 5 seconds.
Replace battery (replace battery cover, lock cover), plug in AC power.
Press and hold the "OK" button on the keyboard.
Turn the power on, you should see the Japanese service menu.

HOW TO has been updated.

Ive entered in to "some" menu, maybe service (all is in japanish - maybe you know how to change it)
I'm asking because prevously i had z 5600 i there was diag, service and maybe one more menu

Menu has only one page and 4 option - i know that 4th is for rom/nand upgrading, but where can i find battery adjustment ?
Please write step by step - maybe i only dont know how to go to second page of menu

Thanks

This is not the service menu you are entering, that's the flashing menu.

To get into the service menu remove all power, hold down the D and M keys with one hand and replace the battery with the other.

Please be careful in the service menu as you can easily mess up your C860.
