Sandisk Connectplus Cf Wifi/flash Card
« on: July 28, 2005, 07:12:51 pm »
Did anyone get the Sandisk combined WiFi/128MB Flash card "ConnectPLus" to work in the SL-C3000?
MAybe even with Cacko ROM?

When I insert the card, it is not recognized at all. cardctl ident says it is a 3.3V 16bit card, but no driver is loaded and a modprobe prism2_cs and similar tests are not successful.

Ideas?

Thank you very much

The card works fine (even out-of-the box) on my SL-C3000 running OpenZaurus. You need hostap drivers >= 0.3.2 (for the special SanDisk activation sequence), hostap-utils (to upload the firmware into the card), a prism3 firmware (1.8.3 or better), and a couple of scripts to upload the firmware when necessary (i.e. on insertion and on resume).
Cheers,
