Apps hang with large SD card (SL5500/sharp 3.0)

With my sandisk 256mb card, I could corrupt the card every time simply by suspending the zaurus a couple of times.

It didn\'t do the folder inside folder trick, it just used to say i/o error all the time and hang copying files etc.

This was with it formatted as ext2, it seemed quite stable on fat however.

I now have a lexar 256 which has been using ext2 for nearly 6 months without a single problem, the sandisk card is now in my camera where it is happy.

I just drop files in the root directory, generally.  I reformatted the card in linux (mkdosfs -F 32 /dev/sda1)
Cam

mkdosfs -F16 /dev/sda1
for vfat
