Ipkg Feed
« on: February 27, 2005, 02:30:32 pm »
Having just installed OZ 3.5.1 on my 5500, I have been unable to update the packages in order to downlaod new software.

I added src http://www.openzaurus.org/official/unstable/3.5.1/feed to ipkg.conf, but I get an error message:

wget: not an http or ftp url: /Packages
ipkg_download: ERROR: Command failed with return value 1: 'wget --pasive-ftp   -q -P /tmp/ipkg-bv42kf /Packages'
An error occured, return value: 1.

I would appreciate any help.

Thanks,
Ted Parks

Can you ping openzaurus.org (i.e. is the network connection working correctly)?

If it's working fine, you may have more luck with one of the mirrors as the OZ site itself is rather slow.
