OK, My linux box blew up (literally the caps on the MB went boom) about 6 months ago. I don't have the cash to rebuild it and don't really have room on my family PC to set up dual boot. So I am considering building a knoppix type Live CD with zaurus toolchains, kernel source, and whatever else development I can get my hands on.
As I was considering this it occurred to me that there may be other users who this could benefit. So tell me would you use this? What can I add to it to make it more useful.
If there isn't interest I won't bother in making it polished and well laid out.
Also If I do complete it and need to distribute it, does ELSI have enough storage/bandwidth to accomodate a 200-700MB image? Could anybody else host? Or would I be better off soliciting the $1 or so cost to burn/mail a cd?
