Can't Get Openzaurus 3.5.3 To Run :(

Alright, heres the deal:

I recently bought a SL -5500 and wanted to put this nice looking build on it. I put the Opie image and renamed it and used the 40 24 zImage and renamed it accordingly. Now I loaded it on my CF card using my printer as a CF reader. I go through all the steps...works fine. Now when I go to boot up the system after I go through the steps it just sits there with the SHARP title in red and a blinking cursor in the bottom right hand screen. Please help me!! I don't know how to boot it up. Did I miss a step? Thanks in advance

Ther kernel didn't flash from the symptoms you describe.

Did you check the md5sums of the files?

What did you name them exactly (your printer didn't add any extensions by chance, etc.)?
