Damn. Sharp should get off their high horse and release the 3k+wi-fi/bt in North America. They'd make a killing.
The worst thing about the Palm Device is that it's a Palm The screen is half the size of the 3k, no keyboard, no CF, and you're stuck with PalmOS.
My friend had a Tungsten C that he was happy with, and I convinced him to get an 860. He was lukewarm towards the 860 at first, but liked it more as time went on. Now, the 860 got sent back for repairs and he's been crying to me every time I meet him about how bad trying to surf on the Tungsten C is. (He apparently has to hard reset the C every couple of hours of surfing due to some sort of error with the browser.)
I've been a palm guy for years. I've owned a Palm Professional, Upgraded that to PalmIII specs, a Palm Vx, a Clie SJ-20, and a Clie TJ-35. Once I got my 860 I dropped the Palm OS and never once looked back.
