Yes, quite simply you're downloading from a very old feed.
You should be using:
http://www.openzaurus.org/official/unstable/3.5.3/feed/
and opie is a subdirectory of this:
http://www.openzaurus.org/official/unstable/3.5.3/feed/opie/
Which should have been set by default as one of your feeds when you installed the ROM.
