Impossible To Flash Sharp Rom On 5500

After trying several ROMs on a 5500 (unfortunately I don't rmind in what order) :
 Cacko, Hybrid, Sharp, Open Zaurus, It's now impossible to flash a ROM from an Ospack file, either with C+D+RESET or from Diagnostic utility.
The two leds (green+Orange) are only on during 3 or 4 seconds, then turn off.
Does anyone know what it means?

Corrupt ospack file or corrupt fs on the CF card.

You could try another CF card or reformat the CF card and download the Ospack again in case it's corrupted.

I had that problem once too. Turns out my usb card reader was messing up the Md5 hash when I put the ospack on the card. Had to use a different reader.
