I was wondering if any 5600 Owners out there have been brave enough to take their Z appart and to take some pictures of the guts? I have found several sites with images of the insides of a 5500 , a 6000 and various Cxxx models, but no 5600.
I am trying to see if the 5600 has Surface Mount Ram Chips similar to a 5500 or if it is using newer CSP Chips (which would be very hard to rework)... If they are the older style (with visible leads) I might try to give my Z a bit of an upgrade...
