Software Packages From Vector.co.jp

Hello,

browsing software directories, I now find several LZH packages containing files with extensions BAS, BAI and ZRS (most of them in the vector archive, see e.g.

I don't know what to do with them. Does anyone know?

Also, is there an English translation somewhere with the vecor archive conents for the Zaurus?

The page you linked to contains software for the NON-LINUX version of zaurus that came out prior to the linux version in Japan.

It will never run on your machine, the zrs file is the installer from memory and the ba* files contain the program data.

There is no English translation that I know of, probably becaues the MI and PI series zaurus (non linux) were never sold overseas and couldn't be converted to English.

The only software that may run on the C3000 is the MI系以外の機種用 software (not for MI series) found http://www.vector.co.jp/vpack/filearea/oth...ther/index.html

If you see PI or MI in the list then it probably wont work
