C1000 Or C3000 Or C3100?

Any direct and quantative comparison between the lag in C3000 and C3100?

I planned to buy C3000 but more suggest C3100, I will take a look at the difference.

I don't have any hard numbers or anything, but reading what Japanese users have said leads me to believe that the 3100 and 1000 are pretty much the same in terms of speed. The lag seen on the 3000 comes from having parts of the OS on the microdrive, which means you sometimes have to wait for it to spin up. I think the 3100, on the other hand, is more like a 1000 with an extra internal microdrive (and some other minor tweaks as well).

Any clue on the minor tweaks? I have no idea of where to get such information. I have compared the specification again and again, seems in vain.
My impression is that C3100 may have some later CPU, which may have better performance and fewer bugs. Just a wild guess.
