German Qwertz-keys

Hallo,

I am owner of a Sharp Zaurus SL5500g, the keyboard has a german qwertz layout.
Within Opie I have to use the on-screen keyboard for some special german chars, like ä, ö or ü. The keys for z and y are switched, the keyboard feels like qwerty.

How can I set up my Z to use all the nice german keys?
