Do The App Shortcut Keys Work In Gpe
« on: May 16, 2006, 04:57:26 am »
I've flashed just GPE, after fiddling around with Opie+GPE, it was just too unstable.

I'd like to know whether it's safe to fiddle with reasigning the App shortcut keys - i.e. the menu, home, contacts etc.

Currently Menu display menu out of the box, but I would like Home to take me to the desktop, since there is no taskbar on the GPE bar.

However, I remember I the keylaunch bug struck when I reassigned the keys under GPE, while running Opie+GPE, is this gonna be the same?

'ipkg install gpe-windowlist' and add it to the panel
