jffs2 is a journalling file system. after a crash the file system will be brought into a consistent state and there are some internal checks when this happens. But no, I have not come across any tools to analyse jffs2.Please be aware that a lot of the 'errors' that you see are warnings... you will over and over get messages about child nodes not existing and files not existing in directories. These are purely informational and do not effect the representation of the file system. The reason that jffs2 does not 'fix' these is because this would involve unnecessary writes to a hardware device that has a finite number of writes in its lifetime - behaviour is by design.-Andy[div align=\"right\"][a href=\"index.php?act=findpost&pid=130433\"][{POST_SNAPBACK}][/a][/div]
Hi !My /home was corrupted, I could read strange messages when the Z rebooted. To fix the problem, I used the sharp backup/restore application and the messages dissapeared ! So no need for a fsck.Cheers, Ludo.[div align=\"right\"][a href=\"index.php?act=findpost&pid=130654\"][{POST_SNAPBACK}][/a][/div]
