Best Pdax Image Viewer
« on: December 03, 2006, 07:06:50 am »
So far I've tried gqview, gthumb, feh, xzgv and qiv. qiv didn't work, feh handled large images the best of all the pdax apps I've tried and gthumb was the nearest, interface wise, to what I'm looking for. The problem is that even feh is incapable of displaying some of the larger jpg images (~400/500k) I tried with it even though I could open them fine with photostorage under cacko.

Anybody know of an even better image viewing app than feh and gthumb for pdax?

I've got a 250MB swap partition but some 400k ish images open under feh whilst some I get a black and white chequered window instead of the picture. The same pic opens fine on my PC or under cackos photostorage. I'll have to check the res though- maybe thats the problem instead of the file size.
