Usb Ethernet Device

I'm thinking about buying a USB-Ethernet device to connect my Z C3000 to the wired network in my office.
I found the Dlink DUB-E100 and the Linksys USB200M that work with usbnet driver. My humble is about the fact that the DUB-E100 is connected with a cable to USB and the USB200M is otherside like a usb pen.
Which do you think is the better solution? I think that the Dlink solution is bigger and uglyer but should be much more resistent than the "all-in-one" solution of the Lynksys one. What do you think?
Dlink DUB-E100
Linksys USB200M
PS:
Sorry for my english

I haven't been able to get the Linksys USB200M working in Cacko 1.23 Lite or in pdaxi13 on my 3100. The kernel will not recognize it even witht he proper modules installed.

I use this usb ethernet device:
http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=HE-130R&cpc=SCH
If they have not changed the chipset, it uses the pegasus module (using the sl-6000 zaurus). If you have another model look for a pegasus module for your model.
I have included the pegasus driver for the 6000 with this post.
