5500 / 64-0 Hybrid ROM with Qtopia 1.6.2 HELP

The post for this ROM in the ZUG Donwloads ]] ROMS section says that Q 1.6.2 supports on the fly screen rotation.  You just have to install the application.

Does anyone have any Idea where to get it :?:
