OK, finally got it to sync!
Just changed setting on Z]PC Link to Connection: USB - TCP/IP (advanced) and did the same in Zaurus Manager on PC and voila!
Started syncing!

Hi Mark,
could you please post detailed info on the Sharp SL-5600 software you use for syncing? I also have a C860 and I\'m just about to start consideirng syncing. On which site is the sharp software downloadable? Is there something to syn with Lotus Notes?
Thanks,
Ashu
I downloaded the latest 5600 software, but when prompted to continue with the device driver I clicked cancel (twice). I then connected my c860 allowing XP to prompt for drivers and selected the path to the previously extract c860 USB drivers. The link is somewhere on this site.
Sync with Outlook works fine with USB I/O, but UBS IP is not working for me.
For Lotus notes I am using XTNDConnectPC. XT..PC is the swiss-army-knife of syncing. You can sync from just about any popular source to another. I only need my Notes calendar and use XT..PC to sync that with Outlook, then sync with the Z software.
Good luck.
Folks,
Okay I\'ve doownloaded the 560v132u.zip syncin software from the Sharp site, but before I start any installation I wish to be sure about the procedure.
What I intend to do is to have a PC application that allows me sync with my PC desktop. From what I gathered on the Sharp website, the 560v132u.zip file will also update the C860 ROM. Do I necessarily have to do a ROM update.
Also, is the base PC syncin application contained in the zip file? Which files in the zip archive do I have to install if I am just interested in syncin with the PC and do not want to do a ROM update? By the way, will this software run on a Cacko Qtopia ROM?
I\'ll be grateful if you guys could list the precise steps that will help me from getting into any pitfalls.
Thanks in anticipation,
Ashu
