recommend me please accessories for Zaurus 6000

Hi all  

My friend is going to US in the beginning of May. I am going to order Zaurus 6000L from Amazon.com to be delivered to his hotel in Los Angeles. He is going to stay there for 3 days. If I order 6000 from Amazon one day before he arrives to US will the delivery come in time? I understand that there is no guarantee, but I will appreciate if somebody shares his experience.

I need to order Zaurus with all necessary accessories at one shot. Could you recommend me what to order?

I guess that I need an extra battery. Is this \"Sharp CF Expansion Adaptor for the SL6000L Model# CE-JC2\" a battery?

I am going to use GPRS via Bluetooth in my mobile phone. What CF card for Bluetooth is better to order? Preferably from Amazon.com as well.

And very important for me is an external keyboard. I was thinking about buying a foldable one. Is anybody using and can recommend one?

1)  With regards to shipping, you can tell Amazon to ship \"overnight\".  But it costs extra.  It would be cheaper to order 2 days ahead of time and use \"2nd day\" delivery.  

2)  I think the Shart CF expansion adapter is a sled.  It is an accessory that snaps on to the Zaurus and makes it bigger, and gives you an extra CF slot.  (it also happens to have a battery inside).  But if you just want the battery, you should order \"Sharp Lithium Polymer Battery for SL6000L Model# EA-BL09\"

3)  With regards to bluetooth, most people seem to recommend the Socket card.  On Amazon, it\'s called \"Socket Communications Bluetooth Connection Kit\"

4)  There\'s lots of choices for keyboards.  Browse the forum here and you\'\'ll see a lot of reviews and comparisons.

I wouldnt count on getting it that quickly..  Although Amazon is usually pretty fast at getting things shipped, it took several days before my Zaurus was actually shipped.  I ordered it on the 6th, with 1 day shipping(in retrospect, a bad decision), and didnt get it until the 19th!

Maybe it\'s best to order in advance, and call the hotel and ask nicely if they will hold the package for you.

I ordered mine on Monday around noon and it arrived 10am Tueday morning using Overnight Shipping option. The cost is about $16.

I had the same success as Iwong ordering from Amazon overnight.  I ordered it on Thursday and it arrived Friday morning.  But it all depends if it is in stock.  As some of the other posts have suggested order it in advance and ask the hotel if they will hold it for you.  Be aware that since you are not having it shipped to your home/billing address that they may try and contact you first to verify that you really did order the item and this can cause a delay.  good luck.  Also, be aware that some hotels will not hold a package for non-guests.  So, maybe register the item as a gift with Amazon, that way you can avoid some of the hassle.
