it is a while ago that I experimented with my SL5500G on JAVA. So I was astonished that a JAR file I received was not launching. It appears in the Jeode tab, it is found in /home/QtPalmtop/java - and it is working on my Mac.
So, I tried to find the proper command to launch the JVM from a shell. But was not yet successful. Googling around says that it is evm or cvm - but that is not available on ROM3.10. The System Info/Version in the Settings Tab says something about Insignia Jeode Java VM.
So, where should I continue? Any hints are welcome.
