OpenEmbedded - oemake <myprogram>
« on: August 11, 2004, 12:14:33 pm »
Please forgive me if this is not the proper area for this post, but it seems OZ users appear to be interested in OpenEmbedded also.

I've followed the Getting Started to the point of using Bitkeeper to create the 'source/oe' and 'source/packages' directories.

If I follow the directions for
Zaurus Kernels will the oemake create GCC 2.95.3 files instead of GCC 3.3.2?

If I write a new program how do I create a makefile?

Can I compile the new program by running oemake on the makefile?

This sounds like a great project.  It should be a huge success once it gets rolling!
Thanks,
