Change the 'L' value from 1 to 2, so you should get 242 over the 'Write CCCR' button.
If you get hangs with this, then something in your Zaurus is probably operating very close to the tolerance limits under normal conditions and this just pushes it over.
Remember, Sharp only guarantee a certain specification and going outside that range may also potentially damage your Zaurus. While there is a slight gain in performance, it is questionable whether it is worthwhile to overclock all the time or even occassionally.
