Voltage shown in battery applet
« on: August 13, 2004, 06:55:07 am »
I just wanna know what is the voltage (fully charged) shown in battery applet for those who are using Cacko 1.21b. (mine is a C860)

Mine shows 3.9V when AC-power plugged in
and only 3.78V when I remove the AC-power

is that normal or what? isn't it suppose to be sth like 4.2V

thx for ur reply~~~

I think i get 3.85 with power... it is normal for it to drop a bit when you plug it out...   i think it actually is 4.2 ish...
Gorgeous C860, 256 Sandisk SD, 1Gig Pretec 40x CF, PDAIR leather case & the really cool retractable iPDA USB sync/charge cable. Powered by PDAXROM BETA 1.

My wish - to have a Command & Conquer style game on my Z! (FREECNC!!!) Simcity 2000 would also be great.

Don't trust the applet too much - the numbers it shows are very approximate. If you want presice numbers - measure the voltage with a voltmeter.
