Oz3.5.2-rc1 Netgear Ma701 Wireless Cf

Ive built a OZ3.5.2 image etc, and am trying to get a netgear CF card MA701 working. Im using the opie-image build. The network settings gui states the wlan0 is disconnected but cardctl ident recognises the card, could anyone please give me some simple pointers as to what I need to do to get the wireless card recognised and working, Ive tried adding entries in various files that match the cardctl ident output.  The card worked fined under sharp roms, so I'm fairly sure it is not a duff card issue.

Hello,
me again, I solved my problem. On the CF card (which I used to reflash), for SL5500 collie, I had named the kernel as zImage.bin this is a stupid mistake and should be zImage, I found this out by doing uname -a and I got an old build date.  So I had a new rootfs and an old build of the kernel.  I will now follow the instructions of others in getting the MA701 card correctly recognised (it is currently recognised as another card).
I might even be able to get my usb link working now.
