There doesn't seem to be much purpose to securing your Zaurus via the security plugins, as some simple manipulation can resize the window, rendering Opie perfectly usable. Secondly, I would deem it a necessity to ask the user to set passwords during the first boot. Even if the first bug were to be fixed, the Zaurus is still perfectly usable by cancelling the boot of Opie.
