      After I had re-partition the flash to 27 M, the machine rebooted but it stuck at the sharp pleae wait....screen. And there is "Enter runlevel:" What is the problem??

You need to perform step 2 - 10 of the installation process again. Meaning you need to remove the battery for 5 secs, put it back, press OK button together with the power button etc etc.. and subsequently install the ROM

You need to actually install the ROM (right now you've just re-partitioned the memory)
