this one is in ok shape - everything works of course, but the bottom right corner is scraped up (not very badly and cosmetic damage only) and there are a couple pieces of dust under the screen (or stuck pixels, i can't tell the difference). these are very small and won't bother you unless you let them - i tried to take a picture but couldn't get them to show up.
battery life is terrible, but that seems to be typical for this model. get the hour or so at full brightness that other people reportedly get, but if i charge it and leave it sitting off for a few days it will lose the charge.
comes with ac adaptor, dock, CD with appropriate software, and a 32 MB compact flash card that i just used for rom flashing. running open zaurus.
this, due to battery life, is not really suitable for use as a regular PDA (unless you want to buy another battery). i got it 'cause i wanted something to screw around with a bit and experiment and it is certainly fine for that.
