Yes, jffs3 is a very interesting improvement, however note that it will take a lot of months until you can attempt to use it in a production system. Note also that it will never support 2.4 kernels.

I can't believe they are removing compression in jffs3.  That's very disappointing.  1-2 gig just isn't that much anymore.

I wish someone would develop a read/write filesystem with compression that works well on CF and SD cards.
