I purchased an SL 5500 off eBay (a refurbished) when my palm quit working. I did not know that it did not interface with Palm OS and I work in medicine and there are many programs that I use that are specific to Palm OS. I am basically computer ignorant and found the learning curve here WAY too steep for me. I paid $135 plus shipping for this PDA and I would like to recoup that price. It has the 2.38 ROM in PDA and installation software has to be downloaded from myZaurus.com. All instructions and manuals are included as well as docking station. the instrument is in EXCELLENT condition. Everthing that came to me wil go to the buyer.
