I know that there have been a lot of issues with the Zaurus C860 and the new C3000 series, and that some people have had a lot of trouble returning these to the companies they've purchased them from or even worse, receiving substandard support. As far as I know, there are no official ways to deal with greymarket importers, but if you're having issues with the company you purchased your Zaurus from, then I suggest you take it up with
