Install Into /home
« on: July 14, 2005, 03:52:09 am »
I use 1.1.0 "Kathrin" on SL860. By default, there is too small space in / (about 5 Mb) and big home partition. Is there way to install packages into /home?

in the upper right corner of the package manager there should be a listbox.
Choose /mnt/user and voila.

in a terminal:
Code: [Select]
ipkg -d /mnt/user install mypackage
