The easiest way to have access to web pages offline is to use the save as option in the web browser, you can even use save as on a PC & copy the file & directory to the Zaurus.

for windows, I found
http://www.httrack.com/
to be very good to make a local copy of a website. You can then zip, copy to Z, unzip.
it can mangle file names, so no good, for example, to mirror an FTP/download site of unix stuff which has scripts to automate install (e.g. it broke the suse 9.0 archive when I downloaded on a windows box, intending to make a DVD).

Sunrise on the desktop and use OpieReader on the Z.
Sunrise -->
http://laurens.typepad.com/
Sunrise converts sites into Plucker format and OpieReader reads this format. Sunrise does a great job of converting websites of all types into a readable format.

I'm surprised noone's mentioned
sitescooper
yet. Does full website to local file conversion. I use it on my unix box to grab a number of sites & copy the files to my Z. You can even convert them into various reader formats (doc, plucker, etc), although I just use opera to read them directly.
(I'm wondering if anybody's written a site file to scoop these forums? Not that I'm trying to hyjack the thread or anything ).
