Help Transferring Info From A Zaurus Zr 5000...

I know this is not the best place to ask this, but....
I have a friend who has a Zaurus ZR 5000 and she got a Treo 600.
She wants to transfer the info on the Zaurus to the Treo 600.
Is it possible?
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out, or at least point me in the right direction.

I believe both the Zr500 and the treo 600 have infared ports.  Can you transfer the information that way?

You could sync both to Outlook and transfer contacts and appointments that way.
