Time for some venting...

I put in an order from Shirtpocket in july, right before their so-called "server problems" or whatever. Came back after to see that my order was still there, but with the wrong address, and the products had been removed from their pages alltogether! That doesn't stop the products from being listed in by order, and apparently, doesn't stop Shirtpocket from charging my VISA either!

And on their contact page (when you can reach it) it STILL says that email is currenly unavailable. What kind of company can't fix their email in 4 months???

Anyway, to avoid international telephone bills, is there still someone from Shirtpocket reading these forums?

You can most likely cancel the charges on your visa if SP hasn't delivered the goods. Cancel the order, then cancel the charge. Then order from a decent retailer.

As Ev1l says, your credit card company will reimburse you if you have been charged and no goods have arrived (or even been dispatched).  Try trisoft.de or pulster.de for German suppliers (who may be a bit more local to you) or figlabs.co.uk for another UK supplier who is active on this board.

From experience, UK to Sweden post can be exceptionally fast: I sent something on Friday, and it was with the recipient first thing on the next Monday!

Cheers for the recommend - though we're actually at www.figlabs.com - we haven't got the co.uk address

sorry, I think you misunderstand my intention.

I thought people might be interested that shirtpocket still seem to be in business, especially those wanting to know what happened to their unfulfilled orders.
