Rc12 Vnc

Just installed tightvnc.
looks great, but it seems that I can scroll the window right and down, but not left or up. It This causes difficulties. It rotates fine (in case anyone was wondering).
The only weirdness on my z I'm aware of is that I have both the current and the older libstdc++ installed, so I can use qbedic, which requires the older library.
The server I tested on is an up-to-date sarge running a tightvncserver at 16 bit color 800x600.
Ideas? Help? anyone else have this issue? Is it an actual issue or something I've done?..etc.

You should just be able to hold whatever button is mapped as your right mouse click and click. That's how I can scroll up or to the left in tightvnc on my C1000. Does right click work for you for other things?
