Increasing Font Size In Console
« on: December 03, 2005, 08:05:45 pm »
I am running OZ 3.5.3 kernel 2.6.11. Is there a way to increase the font size in the console? When I try to do so by editing the default profile, the console freezes up, I am forced to reboot, and the font size remains the same....much too small to read.

which console?

Plain Linux text console use 8x16 font which is readable.

OPIE terminals allow to choose any fontsize.

GPE terminal (rxvt) can use any fontsize if configured (gpe-conf in 3.5.4-rc contain option for it)
OpenZaurus 3.5.4x Release Manager
OpenEmbedded, Ångström, Poky developer
My website

Misc embedded hardware.
