I have reworked the main pdaXrom wiki page.  Many of the docs that were on the contrib page are now on the wiki, and there is a step-by-step guide to installing pdaXrom

I have also added some screenshots and information to the Configuring Openbox page.

I've recently added a guide for encoding AVI's such as anime episodes for playback on the Sharp Zaurus. I've posted the guide on the wiki at Encoding AVI's for Zaurus Playback. The bash script allows you to enter the width and hight you'd like with ease. Also confirms your choices before running.

I'll be looking into writing an article about installing mencoder in the future... but right now, the best resource I can offer is: http://www.mplayerhq.hu/design7/projects.h...ficial_packages
