Wtb-good 6mp Digital Camera

I know it's a bit odd in this area, but I am in the need for a decent 6MP digital camerawith at leat a 10X optical zoom. In addition to my regular job, I am doing some freelance photography, and my old digital camera broke. If anyone has a used one in good condition please let me know, which I can pay by Paypal.

yeah, i was kind surprised to see this thread too.... especiall after the bit about "his friend's" ebay store a month or so ago.

something doesn't seem to add up. why come here for a camera?  they can be had on ebay, amazon and at a camera store.  If I had a dubious rep, I wouldn't be trying to do any, but clearly nothing non-z related, buying and selling

Oops, my mistake, I forgot to read the sticky thread. However my my intentions are honest, I do need a camera. Also I do not appreciate the disparriging remarks about me. As for the E-bay store business, it was legit and my friend was able to get their items sold. Maybe I feel I might find a better deal on getting a camera used from someone who wants to upgrade rather that Amazon or Ebay. Also, as for the "Idenity Theft" comment, It did happen to me and has taken about a full year to recover from it. I do not appreciate it that people will listen to rumor and hearsay as the truth, and I get sick to death having to defend myself each and every time this comes up when I have covered this issue before. I didn't read the sticky before, but I had hoped to see if someone out there needed to sell thier camera to me, seriously I use Paypal, I AM NOT HERE TO RIP PEOPLE OFF! Now I think the best thing is because this thread does not belong, it needs to be closed, thank you.

But the moment you mentioned used camera and you paying paypal - that broke the seal of faith - do you really think anyone would buy your story from you, considering the past.

Yes the past has this sticky feel to it and never lets off easy and thank God for that characteritic of the past, otherwise we would never learn.

"YOU" messed up... and everyone found out... and you continue to come back... if you have a problem with people voicing there option about something "YOU" did... then stop coming to this site... easy as that... because anyone that knows the situation, is going to pull the "cyberdoc a theft" card if anything you post looks fishy... because they dont want to see someone else go through what they went through...

You have a lot of things to say for what you do not know. All you know is what has been posted by others, and how can you know the truth? I had my good name abused which took nearly a whole year to regain what I had lost. Enough is enough! I am asking for this topic to be closed and deleted, I can not believe that all of this can happen by so-called mature-thinking individuals, I'm starting to think that it is the oppisite.

I'm not a moderator, or suggesting that camera trades are unwelcome. i just think it is like looking for a horse at a car dealership. they might have one, and they won't hate you for asking, but it really isn't the best place to look.
Given that it is an oddish thing to look for, one immediately wonders what the motive might be for looking here.  It seems off, somehow.  Then, you (whether through your actions or those of some other agent using your identity), turn out to have a reputation for questionable trading. It looks bad.  Why would you let yourself in for this?  I see 3 basic options:

1) you are incredibly naive

2) you are conducting social research

3) you are pathological.

I mean no insult.  The fact, though that you have kept your cyberdoc handle suggests something a bit strange. Why keep the id if you are scamming?  because one of us might trace you by some other meanss? because you really think everything is suddenly ok and no one is suspicious? or you really want to reclaim your rep.--in which case trading non-Z stuff seems really foolish, especially so quickly. Why trade at all if you want to just participate in the forums? Why keep your ID if you are trying to scam?  It seems irrational... or i don't have all the pieces, and seemingly neither does anyone else.

Actually you are closer to the truth than anyone else. I am trying to reclaim my reputation. Since my return around June, I have made it very clear who I am and not the person that has caused so much mistrust to this community. As for the non-Z items, I was only helping out a friend which was successful for them and they were able to sell thier items with my help. Also, only an idiot would use this current ID to scam people where they would be caught so easily. My angle??? I bought a C3100 from Ebay back in June and I just want to be an honest part of this community.
