Can I Set A Latency On The Power On Buttons.....

Hello, i have a problem, when i put my Z in the bag, the Z power on because something for error push the power on button.......

Can i set that the Z start only when i press the power button and hold it for 5 seconds ?

I have this if my 3200 is powered off, but if it is in suspend in pdaxrom, then the power button won't work unless the lid is open.
