beta3 install on C1000:
Sqlite IS already installed and I installed something call a Sqlite browser for good measure but gpe-contacts still complains. Is there a file in the wrong location? Do I need to install another sqlite library?

I went to this feed
Xromer and downloaded an old version of sqlite - sqlite_2.8.17_armv5tel.ipk, uninstalled the version on my beta3 installation, and installed the old version sqlite. Then I installed a bunch of lib depends - sqlite,libgpewidget,libeventdb,libgpevtype,libcontactsdb,libmimedir
So gpe-contacts finally showed itself...pretty darned bare bones and when I click on the "import" button, the app suddenly disappears.
Waste of time for sure. KA/PI has much more going for it, but although I can install a version of it for pdaxrom, it does not import or sync EITHER.
Back to the drawing board.
