Holding down the Fn or shift key while clicking should work.
Give it a try.

I just flashed back to cacko for a while.  I could of sworn that r121 used shift instead of Fn for right click...
C1000 w/...  Cacko Lite (When I use the Z alot for business)... pdaXrom (when I see something cool and want to try it.  Best way for me to learn shell commands)

Here's the trick for fixing right/middle click:

WARNING: I believe that fixing shift for middle click screwed up my keymap. Use at your own risk!

-Open /usr/bin/inputconfig.py with your favorite editor

-Search for "fn" It should bring you to a line for setting up right/middle clicks. Relpace the number in that line (38?) with "69" (at least on a C3100), or whatever xev says your fn key is.

-Repeat once more for the ctrl/alt buttons (repeat search.

-Repeat for other keys. Note that if you are using the key you are changing, you have to edit it in ~/Choices/input.cfg so it matches the new key you put in inputconfig.py. Even once you've changed it in both files, you need to run inputconfig.py and restart X.

That should be all, but I probably forgot something. Let me know if there are.

Hi

and thanks, Capn_Fish!!!!

The mouse button fix worked for me. I asked about how to fix the mouse button problem in this forum several times but never got an answer.

"69" was correct for me (C860) and I only had to change it on two places.

I didn't change ~/Choices/input.cfg, it was correct.

After running inputconfig.py and restarting X it worked!

Thanks again!

Btw: I find, even with a C860 r121 ist the best. WPA works fine, large SD cards work fine, I have Gnumeric running and KApi/KOpi, Firefox, ...

I found no other ROM that does all that.

Cheers, Jan

Here's the script I wrote on the link I posted earlier

#!/bin/sh
echo "Resetting Wireless"
ifconfig wlan0 down
rm /var/run/dhcpcd-wlan0.pid
sleep 1
echo "Turning Up Network"
ifconfig wlan0 up
iwconfig wlan0 essid Core mode managed key ##########
dhcpcd wlan0
sleep 5
ifconfig wlan0

It's probably not the best.  But it worked for me.[div align=\"right\"][a href=\"index.php?act=findpost&pid=155430\"][{POST_SNAPBACK}][/a][/div]
Well, I'd swear on the bible, koran & dead sea scrolls stacked all together that this never worked for me, but I decided to fiddle with it again & whataya know, I finally got my card working again under rc121.  Didn't do anything different, all I can say is that something else I've done in the mean time mysteriously fixed my problem.

I'm still working on a script to enable open AP surfing, so if somebody got something along the lines of SLAPass (wraps the output of kismet into a script to associate found networks) that'll work under rc121+, please don't be shy.

Thanks. Maybe by that time, there'll be an even newer release, though I haven't seen any more hints of one yet.
