When I use my USB drive to copy files from my Linux machine to my Windows machine, it sometimes changes the case of the folder names. Not always, and so far no files have been changed, but it's always the same ones that change and it's starting to cause issues. Anything that fixes this will do (aside from formating my USB drive to something only Linux/Windows recognizes...).

Thanks in advance

Does it only happen to files/folders you've edited, or any of them at random?

I haven't tried it yet, but have looked into this:

http://www.fs-driver.org/

Then maybe you could format usb drive as ext2, and it should preserve case.
