Just got word from loc4me:

"FedEx Ground shipping. 3 business day is $15.13. I Can ship the package Monday."

So if anyone wants to pitch in that last little bit, PM me. I am forwarding payment to loc4me as soon as I can find his/her PayPal email address. Will pay from my PayPal and checkbook, so PayPal will not charge 3% fee. (3% fee is only if you use a credit card, I think.)

Hi all,
Glad to see this going to a developer. I will be shipping this out tomorrow morning. To bad I wont a have a 6000 anymore to try out any new ROMs that may come available. Good luck to everyone.

It does not matter how you pay, it is the type of account paypal forces you to have that charges the 3.0% fee. I will split the fees with you so just add 1.5% to the total. My paypal account is loc4me at gmail dot com

Thanks

Well, cycle_55 threw in another $25.00, and loc4me sent his/her PayPal email address, so I've just sent the payment to loc4me. As it stands, Contributions are as follows:

cycle_55 sent $75.00 (includes $3.53 PayPal charge)
550 sent $20.00 (includes 88ยข PayPal fee)
barmalei sent $30.00 (includes $1.17 PayPal fee)
I sent $48.21 (what was left after shipping and PayPal charges)

Total cost was $150.00 for SL-6000L, 15.13 for shipping, and 2.50 for half of 3% PayPal charge for a grand total of $167.63 (What was sent to loc4me).

Thanks to all!!

I also want to thank all for helping, the oak for doing all the coordinating and or course loc4me for making it all so affordable. One more thing to address and that is to find myself a 6000.

cycle_55

I did forget one other person, thanks to InSearchOf for graciously accepting.

Barmalei nor cycle_55 have 6000's, so their contributions are very generous indeed!

You guys are awesome.  I didn't even have time to contribute!  (which is okay by me I guess, kinda broke)  I'll try to do more pdaxrom development and testing if a 6000 release comes out.

Thank you to everyone in the Zaurus community who support pdaXrom through all the good and bad times and especially those who have donated in the past and those who have just donated to purchase a 6000L for the project (and loc4me for making the device affordable!)

I and the rest of pdaXrom appreciate the generosity and will pay the community back shortly with a release!

Thanks Again
