Im fond of doiturself but my questions here exist in case someone has already done it or fixed it. So first of all why a background pic not only doesnt appear but also makes all icons disappear and the taskbar applets hang here and there as seperate windows?Anyone has the same prob? Secondly when i try to adjust the xmms equalizer the X server is killed and a message sayin could not allocate -101 bytes is thrown in the console.
In fact the Xserver seems to b killed very frequently.(maybe swap needed?).when TCP is selected as a mode the PC doesnt recieve any packets(pinging from zaurus does nothin and telnet from PC says always that the connection was denied by the device).How can i switch through the USBstorage and TCP mode from the terminal?
Finally has anyone tried PicoGUI with success on the zaurus?
Oh i just lost any touchscreen interaction in X. after startx nothing happens unless i press a key on the keyboard.The mouse isnt moving at all.Any suggestions?
