Cypress SL811HS USB HOST CARD Drivers

I have a Windows-formatted (FAT32) 10GB iPod and it works with the Zaurus  :-)
There were a few glitches when mounting, but I found that it is best to connect the iPod and wait for some time - only then the partition table can be seen.

So now a Zaurus + iPod make a very good storage for pictures from compact flash / SD cameras.

Hi All,

I'm currently looking at getting a new digital camera, it's gonna take big pictures and currently whilst my Z has a 4gb cf hd in it, this doesn't help when the camera's format is cf.

I also have a iriver h140, (40gb) that is a usb device.  When using the ratok card can you connect a camera via a hub and copy files across?  Has anyone done this before?  I've read single devices being used but not a hub and copying across devices.

TIA
Chris

ChrusEBoy, if you use a powered hub there should be no problem... (connecting multiple devices, i don't know about the iriver..)
Gorgeous C860, 256 Sandisk SD, 1Gig Pretec 40x CF, PDAIR leather case & the really cool retractable iPDA USB sync/charge cable. Powered by PDAXROM BETA 1.

My wish - to have a Command & Conquer style game on my Z! (FREECNC!!!) Simcity 2000 would also be great.

Hi Marc,

I just ordered it from the website, I couldn't source it in Switzerland.  I guess they might be rebadged as something else.

i know this thread hasn't been touched in a while, but i'll post this in the hopes that it will help someone in the future.

I just got the new 20gb iPod with the click wheel, and wanted to make it a 20 battery powered hd for my z, it works like a champ!

there was only 1 difference between mounting the ipod and mounting any other usb mass storage device, for some reason when mounting the ipod use the /dev/sda2 device instead of the /dev/sda1 device you would normally use for like a jump drive or similiar device

at first i thought maybe that ratoc card was just another overpriced toy..... now its starting to prove it's worth!
